I will contact you to schedule our FREE 15-Minute Phone Consultation. We will briefly discuss your goal, experience with therapy and some ideas for treatment.

Then, we schedule your initial intake session to assess what plan will work best for your needs. Figuring out a way to regulate your nervous system, develop coping skills, and heal trauma triggers that leave you feeling stuck.

Join me once a week or every other week on my comfy couch or from the comfort of your home. Together we will develop tools you need to cope with everyday anxiety or depression and during trauma treatment.

You will notice that you sleep better or can handle triggering situations with new knowledge and relief from distressing physical body sensations. You can say no to habits and relationships that do not regulate your nervous system and yes to ones that do.

Welcome! I am a psychotherapist in Tampa, Florida. I specialize in helping clients like you reduce burnout, guilt, anxiety and depression.
