I’m Megan, a trauma-focused therapist who believes real healing happens when we get to the root—not by talking in circles about your week. I use EMDR, Neurofeedback, and inner-child work to help you calm your nervous system, understand why you keep reacting before you can stop yourself, and break the patterns that lead you to partners who echo old wounds. I’ll bring insight, gentle challenge, and a little humor as we untangle what’s been keeping you stuck and help you feel more secure in your relationships and in yourself.
